After this error message the display drivers were updated. The old adobe catalogs were renamed as old. Adobe began running. It appeared to be no more issues. I rebooted my computer. The computer would not reboot. The error message was missing something like NR I don't remeber all of what was missing.
I removed the portable drives then the computer rebooted. Now the Adobe is crashing again when I run it under my catalog. It appears the adobe crashes when the catalog contains videos. I have checked drivers and they appear all updated. Any ideas? I did note an update in January to the drivers for ntdll. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help.
