My computer keeps downloading and uploading files when my computer is idle. One time I noticed that the usage was MB and I wasn't doing anything other than checking email. Just asking this question went from 0 MB to over MB. I have 3G and I think this is a waste of my bandwidth limit. I set Windows Update to check for updates but allow me to download and install them.
